Wag N Walks was founded in 2026 by Sophia, a lifelong dog lover and dog owner who knows firsthand just how much our four-legged family means to us. After experiencing the reality of finding care for her own dog, Sophia realized something: pet care can get really expensive, really quickly and while there are plenty of websites and apps that make it easy to find a walker or sitter, she wanted something that felt a little more personal. Not another third-party platform. Not a different stranger every time. Just a trusted human who genuinely cares about your dog and gives them the attention, exercise, and extra love they deserve while you're away. That’s why she created Wag N Walks.

Hi, I'm Sophia. Founder of Wag N Walks, lifelong dog lover, and proud dog mom. I grew up loving dogs and have always had a soft spot for their goofy personalities, big hearts, and unconditional love. Today, I have a dog of my own, so I know firsthand that our pets aren't "just dogs." They're family. That's a huge part of why I started Wag N Walks. I wanted to create a pet-care experience that feels personal, dependable, and genuinely caring. When you trust someone with your dog, you should feel completely confident that they're being treated with the same love and attention you'd give them yourself. Whether your pup needs a midday walk, a drop-in visit, or regular help staying happy and active, I'm here to make life a little easier for you and a lot more fun for them.
